Crabbing - What a great way to spend a relaxing day! Blue crabs can be found in the Bay all along the shore. Try the docks just south of the Rt. 35 bridge. For a great resource on crabbing click here.

There are many Fishing Tackle stores in the area. Most offer information including the latest hot spots. Stop by The New Dolphin or Betty and Nick's both on Rt. 35 in Seaside Park.

Casino Fishing Pier- Try your luck fishing off the end of an ocean pier. Fluke, Bluefish, Striped Bass, Kingfish, and many more are regularly caught at the Casino Pier Fishing Access (seasonal).-There is a fee to enter. Rod Rentals available. 

Although Seaside Heights does not have an inlet, charter and party fishing boats can be found 7 miles north in Point Pleasant NJ. A must plan for the fishing enthusiast!
